More recently, Salesforce has begun referring to this solution as Agentforce Nonprofit, reflecting its growing focus on AI-powered tools and intelligent automation. While many organizations still know and use the name Nonprofit Cloud, both names refer to the same industry-specific solution built on the core Salesforce platform.
