Traction Rec began as an opportunity to power a purpose, to support nonprofit community centers and enable them to operate efficiently, and build meaningful relationships with the communities they serve.
We do this with the best technology. Salesforce is the leading platform, hands down. What we're able to do with it now impacts customers, organizations and whole communities like it never has before.
But behind our product, is what we're most proud of, and that's putting people first. At our core, we are about community and engagement - with our customers, colleagues, and each other.

Through our Impact Days, Traction Rec offers everyone the opportunity to feel the incredible highs of doing something in service for someone else. With the intent to strengthen the connection between people, causes and communities, we offer employees 2 full days every year to volunteer for organizations that are meaningful to them.
Whether its packaging boxes at the food bank, maintaining local biking trails, virtual card-giving or volunteering at the local community center, there are so many organizations our amazing people choose to support. Because doing good is good for your community. And good for your soul.
