The Traction Rec Impact Awards are an annual celebration of customers who are shaping what’s next for their organizations and for Traction Rec.

Tractioneers are the behind-the-scenes champions. They explore new ways to work smarter, share what they learn, lift up their peers, and partner with us to push what’s possible. This isn’t about checking boxes or being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about meaningful impact, creative problem-solving, and showing up with heart for your community and ours.

Why now?

Because incredible things are happening across the Traction Rec community and it’s time to shine a spotlight on the people making it all happen. ✨

As our community continues to grow, we’re seeing customers lead with curiosity, collaboration, and creativity. The Impact Awards are our way of saying thank you and sharing those stories far and wide.

We’re launching the awards now to:

• Celebrate customers driving real change
• Highlight inspiring stories and outcomes across our community
• Create more opportunities for customers to learn from and inspire one another

Who should you nominate?

You can nominate yourself or someone else who you think embodies the Tractioneer spirit (yes you can nominate multiple people!).

Nominees don’t need to do everything. We’re simply looking for people who:

• Use Traction Rec in thoughtful, meaningful ways to make an impact in their community
• Support teammates, peers, or the broader Traction Rec community
• Show up as collaborative partners and advocates

If someone comes to mind who’s making an impact then trust that instinct. They’re probably a Tractioneer.

What happens next?

Here’s what to expect:

• Nominations open: January 2026
• Nominations close: February 1, 2026
• Tractioneers announced: March 2026 at the Traction Rec User Conferences
